About Me

Congratulations on taking an important step in your mental health journey— finding the right therapist! I am a Buffalo, NY based Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and I work with a wide array of individuals, who are seeking help for a specific problem or, who are simply looking to expand upon their understanding of themselves and their life experiences. In sessions, I aim to provide a comfortable, safe, weight-inclusive, and unbiased space where you feel inspired to communicate and empowered to collaborate on your goals.

The majority of my training and professional work has focused on supporting individuals affected by eating disorders, disordered eating, body image dissatisfaction, exercise addiction, orthorexia, anxiety, depression, infertility, and trauma. I also have experience treating a wide range of other mental health concerns. Many people come to me during major life transitions or for support around women’s issues, parenthood, and navigating stress—challenges that often show up in significant ways throughout our lives.

I am associated with Tiffany Matson, LCSW-R & Associates, and our office space is located in Williamsville, NY. I also conduct telehealth sessions, and am able to work with anyone residing within New York State, via telehealth.
