Body image and body dysmorphia:
Struggles with body image or appearance concerns can deeply affect how we see ourselves and how we move through the world. We live in a culture saturated with unrealistic and often harmful aesthetic standards. Over time, these messages can chip away at self-esteem, fuel shame, and make it difficult to feel at home in our own skin.
