Infertility
Therapy for Individuals and Couples Coping with Infertility
Infertility can be an incredibly isolating experience that can affect every aspect of life — emotional, physical, and relational. Navigating fertility challenges often brings about feelings of grief, anxiety, guilt, and uncertainty (just to name a few!), and can place significant stress on individuals and relationships alike.
In my work with clients facing infertility, I provide a supportive and compassionate space to process these complex emotions, explore coping strategies, and strengthen resilience. My approach recognizes that infertility is not just a medical issue, but a deeply personal and emotional journey.
For couples, therapy also focuses on communication and connection, helping partners navigate this experience together and maintain a sense of shared understanding and hope. My goal is to help clients find steadiness, clarity, and self-compassion through the uncertainties— creating a space for emotional growth no matter where their path may lead.
